About Us
Black Diamond was jointly developed by Centerline Homes and Shoma Homes from 2003 to 2005. The Black Diamond community is comprised of 474 homesites and is situated on over 90-acres of lakes and nature preserves. Located in the village of Wellington a gates community of shimmering lakes, nature reserves, and recreation area, Black Diamond offers luxury single-family homes living in the heart of Florida. Situated on 237 acres of heavily wooded nature preserves, the properties offer generous lakeside or private views. All 225 single-family residences provide a number of amenities, including a community clubhouse with a fitness facility, a resort style swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, billiard rooms, and meeting spaces, with dedicated areas for teens and children.
